Installing Sikuli on Windows 7


Installing Sikuli on Windows 7:

If you are a Windows 7 user, perform the following steps for installing Sikuli on your system.

Step 1 – what do I need?

Download and install Java if you don't already have it. Java is available from Oracle at
http://java.com.

Step 2 – downloading Sikuli

Download the Sikuli IDE for Windows, and be sure to get the 32-bit version from:

https://launchpad.net/sikuli/sikuli-api/1.0.0/+download/Sikuli-IDE-1.0.0-Win32.zip

Step 3 – extracting the Sikuli IDE

Unzip your copy of Sikuli (right-click and select Extract files…).

Step 4 – starting Sikuli

Check that the Sikuli IDE is working correctly by opening the directory that Sikuli is installed in, and then double-clicking on the sikuli-ide.cmd file to start it.
